About Lifecycle Fitness
Lifecycle Fitness aims to improve clients' health and well-being through specifically designed fitness programmes tailored to their own needs and goals.
I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Fitness Coach. I have had many years of experience as a senior manager in the leisure, health and fitness industry.
If you’re not as fit, strong or as athletic as you would like to be, I can help you to set your goals and design an exercise programme that will achieve them. Improved fitness will spark the return of a fitter, healthier, happier life.
You may have taken a break from participating in sports or exercise due to family life commitments, work, illness or injury. We can review these events and kick start a new regime with a planned and adaptive package of exercise training. I can give you the expert advice and encouragement that you need to keep you motivated.
As we grow older we gradually lose fitness even if we have a basically healthy lifestyle. If you are concerned about age-related loss of fitness, your personal exercise plan will emphasise strength and balance to help you to avoid the falls and injuries that can occur in later life.
The new gym at Braywick Leisure Centre is an exceptional place to exercise, providing quality fitness training equipment. But if the gym is not for you, fitness training is not limited to working out in the gym. Windsor and Maidenhead are blessed with beautiful open park spaces, and what better place to invest an hour or two for your personal health benefit? Alternatively, I can travel to your home or you can come to mine. Busy lives need careful planning and I am available to work with you to find the best time and place to meet your needs.
