We Reap What We Sow

Its incredible how time passes by. One minute we are all caught up in a pandemic and the next weve skipped nearly 2 years and the world has changed with new global things to worry about.

There is still so much hanging over us following covid and the impact it has had on us individually and our friends and family. The concerns regarding our health have never been greater and our ability to cope so clearly diminished. We worry more about the slightest health issue and even moreso about the state of the NHS and their ability to cope, if we have to have medical care.

I work in an environment where our physiomental health is now so much more important than ever before and where a greater investment is required on a personal and financial level, to balance our wellbeing account.

Collectively we move on, taking stock of what is on the supermarket shelves and the cost of living. Absorbing percentage increases and finding more clever ways to cut costs and save the planet at the same time.

Our health is our wealth and without good health everything is a little bit harder to achieve. Its also important to get good value in all things we do including what we eat, how we exercise and how we spend our precious leisure time.

As a health and fitness professional I am very aware that time is short and there is less money around and that the time I spend with my clients has to be productive with goals being set and achieved and sessions worthwhile, especially at 6am !!

Being prepared for lifes challenges is essentail to counteract the stress we all feel, thats why physical exercise is a key factor to taking on the daily challenges of life. I talk to so many people who are interested in investing in themselves, taking more time and seeking the benefits of sound health advice and acting upon it. I believe this is a positive hangover from covid and the latent outcome of what we all experienced and now expect.
